...there are bear noises. They are directional and they seem to follow you. For about 15 mins i was crapping myself thinking a bear was going to come crashing out the woods and chew on my giblets. I alt tabbed to google if bears were in the game, they were not... 

 

Phew, damn those are scary noises.

Could have been them but it was very odd and definitely was a bear noise. The low to high rumble. Unless the elks are secretly bears :P

   yes  - this could be your chance for fresh meat,   go sneak up on one in the dark
