Put one in your hand, open your inventory and select another strip and press B

Haven't crafted any since last update so I'm not sure

Its 2 strips to make gun wrap. 4 for head. Alot more for the rest

It does work you inv might be bugged. You can combine them I’ve done it many times since last update.
