Had a car.....now what?

Before this last update I had a car that ran kinda.......now I still have the car but it won't move any idea on what changed do I need gas and oil now cause I've been driving that car for a week without either before today.....and the battery is fully charged spark plugs and is fine also....any help is greatly appreciated thanks

the car may be out of gas, oil, or water.

The engine could be ruined. If the car is in any gear but neutral when you exit it, it ruins the engine forever
