Is anyone having issues with their equipped weapon just disappearing from your inventory?

No I've not had that happen yet, maybe you accidentally dropped it from your hands. Now holding X drops and item from your hands. Plus if your gun was in your hands and you have no space in inventory to store it and pick up another item you'll swap whatever's in our hands with the item you've picked up. I've done that Few times back when the game first released. But it could be a bug too I guess

I think it is my dumb ass dropping it. The double x function is messing me up.
