Vehicle spawn

Im planning to get a hold of a vehicle, a truck preferable. Does anyone know how many vehicle's spawns per server? Are them super rare?

Do they spawned damaged?

They spawn with missing components (As far as i know) Car Battery, Spark Plug, 
Wheels, Radiator. No one has seen one yet. Or at least no one has shown proof of it.

Everyone looking for them should join the same server and comb through the map to find them.

The devs say cars are in the game but no one has yet to find one. Also even if they are in the game, there's only the ada 4x4 hatchback as of right now.
