Bandages not working?

Me and my mate has tried bandaging when bleeding, but there is no cue to use it.

Can anyone else use them?

Being able to bandage up after a firefight is pretty essential - otherwise we have to rely on iv-kits (saline or blood included) to keep the blood-level up after getting shot if we dont want to bleed out.

If you weren't able to use bandage, that means both of your weren't bleeding. You cannot bandage yourself without bleeding status. If blood icon goes a bit down for few seconds only, it doesn't mean you're bleeding. It has to be droping down longer than that, and constantly.
