SirRoberts 16 Posted October 11, 2018 Hello, are badly damaged guns less effective than pristine ones? ta x
DayzDayzFanboy 1280 Posted October 11, 2018 I'm assuming the mechanic for this is in game now. I haven't properly tested it with any comparative target practise but I always repair weapons as standard practice.
Molecular Drift 1.0 135 Posted October 11, 2018 I have yet to find any military grade weapons that are anything above "worn" condition (M4's, UMP45's, AKM's or MP5's), so I can't really answer this regarding the effectiveness of their condition. I can say that firing any of the previously mentioned firearms using iron sights or optics from first person view has made the trajectory of the rounds fired (semi-auto) true or zeroed using "worn" weapons however. I hope this helps!
