Character locked in database?

This is what it keeps saying on my account on Xbox when trying to get into a server. When I go to the main screen my character was is his underwear. Tried multiple and keep getting kicked off with same message. Tried on my wife's account who has never played and it's kicking me off their to. What's is this issue?

Sometimes a character will get locked in a database randomly, at least for no reason I can see. It normally unlocks after five or ten mins though some have complained it takes longer.

It can also happen if you try to enter a server too quickly after leaving/getting kicked from a server. Try giving it a couple of mins before you try to go back in and see if that helps, but yeah it can just happen sometimes.
