It's something you need to adjust and notice yourself. But if you stand up and hold, LT you'll notice your gun is at a weird angle. Look up and look down with LT, not through a scope and it will fix it.

It is however a known bug

Best way to fix it is to look directly down, hold left trigger to zoom aim down sight, raise you aim to the center of the screen, release. Fixed.
