I've found them in the most random places. I've found one in a shed, in the little garages, or even just in a random house. Oddly enough they are most known to spawn in hunting cabins, but I have yet to see them there

PSO scopes can be found anywhere I've found them in turned over boats by the coast even

I find them at outdoor lodges. They are like summer camp buildings that are one room with porch and clustered near each other.
