Xbox update 09/18 question

I updated the game and all the servers are gone except for XBOX SERVER 103/104.

Is there a fix for this? Are there patch notes?

Both of those named servers were locked too? 

I've seen them on my list before, I'm assuming they are active servers for devs etc probably their 'test' servers of some sort for xbox.
