I've found a UK assault vest which allows you to carry extra loot. I've also found a stab vest and a ballistic vest but the UK assault vest allows you carry more.

I found a PRESS vest with pockets, man thats heavy.

so the armor actually reduces damage taken? what would be the best choice for vest and helmet?

Ballistic vest yes they are in I find them all the time in the barracks but they are heavy and have no pockets.

I don't believe the attachment is. only the vest atm there only found at heli crash if im correct the only vest we have are

Ballistic vests are all over military zones, I’ve probably seen a dozen or so myself

Found a press chest in zenogorst or whatever its called. First iv found so far even though iv seen a few on players. I even found a radio backpack lol.
