Locked in database for nearly 2 days

Hi there, my character has been locked in the database for nearly 24hrs.  I've tried hard reset on xbox, i've tried deleting save file, none of these have worked.  I read it should last an hour max.  Anything else i can try?  I really want to get back on with my comrades.

Hey @Mystery Rash

Try clearing your MAC address in network settings on your console. This has resolved a few connection issues previously not sure it will work for this.

Ok tried mac address reset, but didn't work. Thank you for that though : ). I'll keep checking back and trying anything suggested.

Uninstall the game and do a fresh in stall. I know it's a pain but worked for me twice now. Hope it helps
