The Devs are working on a fix for this issue.

There have been reports of doing a hard reset on the console can resolve this issue but i believe it is server side. The Devs have stated that it shouldn't take any longer than an hour to resolve its self. One thing i would recommend is not force quitting and wait for the 15 Second timer when disconnecting from a server.
