character locked in data base kick and crash AUS

Cant play after I was kicked from server after 2min of play. Every server I try to join says 'character locked in database. Paid $53.00 aud for pretty much no game time. Anyone know how to fix it yet?

Hi @Dadpool

This is a current known issue they are working on and is also one that has just started happening on PC. I had this happen to me durign the closed preview i force quite the game and afte a few attempts it let me into a server..

The database lock should fix itself within an hour max. We are very aware of the existing server issues and looking into the causes.
