New Animation Tweaks

Some of you are probably aware of the animation glitching that has been happening in 0.63, particularly with melee combat. The most typical manifestation of this is when melee fighting with an axe. Its common for the axe to become displaced from its normal position, causing it to look like it's hovering a few inches out your hands. Lowering and raising your weapon a second time would reset it. 

They applied a fix to this in the recent stress test build. It seems that what caused this to happen was players holding the forward key while attempting to combo. Now you can only initiate the combo animation if you stay stationary while swinging. Moving forward interrupts the animation.

I'm glad to see this addressed. It was the biggest little thing that bothered me about 0.63.

I've had a few instances of swimming with an M4 in hands, where it dislocates from my body by about a meter, and tags along like a jumping dolphin.
