First off, are you playing .62 or .63?  And is it one of the elevated green houses on a tall foundation with stairs to the front door?  In either case, sending a message to @Baty Alquawen  with your Steam ID, server and location, will allow her to manually relocate you.

Barring that, there are a few techniques that will get you out of the wall, but are unfortunately the same ones people can use to glitch into places they shouldn't be.

any idea how quick they usually respond or If I have to be logged on to be unstuck?

Given that it is after midnight on a Sunday, I'd say it' will be about 10 more hours before you can expect anything to happen.
