if you are wanting the offline dayz go to the  part of the forum that is called 

Offline Testing Mode for DayZ it's in the Stress Test Discussion part of the forum.

This is a closed testing server.

If you want to try .63 you need to either join the stress tests when they are live or try offline mode as suggested above.
