Hello!

I have a problem with the game lock on my Steam account.

I got a game lock for a year. Since that time, more than a year has passed, but I still can not access the game.I did nothing serious, do not cheat. Please help.

I don't know how VAC bans work, but I know that BE Global Bans are permanent unless overturned by Battle Eye.  No one here can really help overturn either, need to contact Steam or BE.

We're seeing an uptick of these types of posts, and they're referring to Game Bans (not VAC bans, not Global Bans) which can have a set duration.

If the ban was supposed to expire and it hasn't, contact Steam. But I do not think the Game Bans will disappear from your profile even after they have expired.
