Can I ban players calling himself Admin, Administrator etc

Hello,

is it allowed to ban players who call themself Admin or Administrator etc?

Cause is, I have the words "Admin" and "Adminster" and "Administrator" in my BadNames.txt but it seems this is not working. Players with nicks like Admin can join the server and play there.  I don't know how the behalfe on the server. When they behalfe bad and players think that this one is really the adminster of the server it's not a good reputation.

Any ideas?

I don't know the exact rules on banning. 

BUT you could simply just kick them off the server with a message saying something like "Please change your name" or "Admin Impersonation is not allowed". A simple kick would be enough to get the players to get the message.
It depends if you have a public or private server though when it comes to banning (I think).

They will get banned from only your own server, you can implement your own rules and ban for any reasons. That depends on you and your morality. Whatever.
