Public servers killing the game?

So I've been away for a few months, but did play 5 hours or so in the past couple of days. I'm not sure if the issues I'm experiencing became worse in 0.61, but here goes. 

In these past 5 hours, I've only been killed by either hackers or exploiters. 

- First by a guy who speed ran 5 X normal speed along the east coast. He would literally come from nowhere, kill someone, and race of again. Again and again. 

- Second by 2 guys glitching inside the rocks at the Berezino Lighthouse. (Apparently if you angle yourself correctly you can move inside the rocks, and still shoot out)

- Third by 4 dupers with 100 % identical gear in Berezino. 

The third one was particular fun, seeing 12+ barrels in the harbor filled with identical gear :(

 

Is the only cure to this private servers with strict rules and bans? Tbh. it feels rather pointless playing public servers when something like this happens so often, and it all happened on the biggest servers too. Bambiland 2 and La Marianne.

1. What's happening a lot this patch is major player lag via server side in high pops, so what you most likely saw was a guy dysncing across the map which has happened in other patches and also happens in private hives, but there are instances where hackers do teleport, but not often.

2. Glitching inside of anything.. houses, buildings, statues, and rocks has been around for a long time and won't be fixed until the new player controller is implanted. Also, this happens in private hives.

3. Duping has been around for ages and there will always be a fight against these losers, and also this happens in private hives.

4. Play in servers with active admins and server owners who care about their communities. I can feel your pain about the public servers in this sense though because half the servers say active admins and there are never any admins on. My advice is stay away from Bambiland, Walking dead server, and Pimpys's; these are the most hacker and glitcher infested public servers with no one looking over them.

Fuck the hackers/glithcers/dupers.  Go to these servers and kill them.

I'l be on Exp, trying to get vehicles figured out.  They seem to be getting worse after a few weeks, for whatever that is worth.
