Where is SMERSH spawning?

Hey everyone, I have a great SVD loadout going and im missing 1 last piece of gear. SMERSH. Does anyone here know if it is spawning as I have looted a ton of heli crashes [U.S. and Russian] and have only come out with mosin ammo, ALICE backpacks and the plate carrier with attachments. If anyone knows that spawn point of this vest could you pls tell me as it would complete me gear set, thanks.

Keep checking helicrashes.  We have been finding one or two a week on Experimental, between a group of 6-8 regular players.

Vest spawns in heli crashes also backpack. Extremely Rare.
