How do I fix this? Happens randomly, crashes every 20 minutes...

I can't even play combat without fearing that this will pop up.

if validating files doesn't help, check all your drivers. if they are all ok, you can't do stuff.

i suggest you report the errors at the feedback tracker in any case.
