Vomit Mechanics

It happed now a few times that my character has eaten the wrong food, or accidentily drunk some gasoline. So in order to get the dangerous stuff out of my stomach, I had to throw up.

At the current state of the game, I guess the only way to do so, is to drink/eat until your character can't keep his/hers stomach contants. So I would recommend an option to simply stick your finger into your throat and force yourself to vomit. It's easy, it's realistic, everybody would do it.

Also there should be a mechanic to force other players to throw up (like force feed).

not a bad idea... vomiting should also make you a little more thirsty or hungry :-)
