Where is the mosin spawning?

Havent found one since about a month ago. Were they removed from the loot tables temporarily?

Not removed. I see them every now and again in many civilian buildings. I most recently saw one in the apartments at Novo. It had a damaged PU scope attached. I think I've seen them in the old "gun house" (single room log cabin) more often than any where else.

Yep, gun houses. Those places are the single best non-military source of weapons and ammo in the game tbh.
