Hmmm. Had your hypothermia reached the point when you'd lost 'healthy' status notably, or perhaps were even getting a bit greyed out?

Your health/blood might have reached a low enough point that the face-melting tipped it over the edge? Or it could have just been a bug...I mean, a bug other than the whole temperature bug.

In any case, putting lots of clothes on and sprinting around, even in the rain, works for me and is a lot less hassle than a fire. I like rainy servers, as I can basically just run around all the time without overheating.

I took all cloths off, replaced at tent city with new ones, red hypo within 1 minute joining a new server for the morning hours to see what I can find.

Found a beautiful vss with pristine scope already on the ground.

Ran towards the trees to take cover and open up a fire kit right away. Was about normal range away when I saw melting your face message, pulled back quite a few paces, and still got the message.

No grey outs until it said your unconscious, then dead message.

I swear I have never seen this bug or whatever its called before. Red hypo yes, but it was controlled before. Red to dead in under 5 minutes with new cloths on gorka even. So I looked at the clothing saw light blue damp even from the tent.

Face mask I think was wet dark blue... threw that away

It was the worst bug you can face, other then running up stairs and dieing LOL

 

OK dieing from broken leg left on the 100 mile run to cherno is the worst :)

 

I dunno man, you all seen this before? it was freaky stuff.

 

Edit=OH re read your message about heathy status.. yes it was gone right away.
