It would be really cool if we came across either a shoe polish or camo face paint kit, then on use of the item, it zooms to our face, gives us a color selector pallet (black or brown for shoe polish, black/brown/green for camo kit), and then gave us a "finger"-sized "brush" to camo our face with... Can do blotch, stripe, or whatever that way. :D Also, could have a pre-set design for blotch/stripe, for those who don't want to spend game time digitally smearing their faces with goop...
