Hi everyone,

 

I am role playing as a sniper loner serial killer, yeah I know, deja vu fantasy of every noob bandit, your squad will hunt me down yada yada. Look at it this way guys, a game where everyone is all friendly and love pink unicorns isn't fun, unless them zombies start getting really dangerous, which they aren't right now.

Had the game installed for over a year but up until recently didn't find it playable, so good job developers!

 

So I have so far been wandering around some 0.59 semi-empty servers looting and getting a feel for the game (without much success) until I was lucky enough to find a dead dude full of gear (ton of ammo and grenades vest full of space, the works, but no decent gun (whoever killed him took it probably). Eventually I got a hold of an SVD and a scope and things started to get interesting.

My questions:

 

a) Bullet Drop - Did a few test shooting on a zombie and noticed bullet drops considerably, at the range I was shooting I had to aim higher almost twice the size of my target. Do the pro-sniper guns are a bit easier? Can their scope be adjusted for distance, my current gun doesn't seem to do that? Does the rangefinder work properly? (mine was giving me silly results of 1m or 6m, maybe some leaf or grass in the way, not sure). 

 

b) Besides the random dudes zigezaging in NW airfield doing loot runs, where does everyone hang out? Let me know so I can ambush you. LOL

 

c) In my first try outs I died at least 2 or 3 times by falling off, one of those was really silly jumping of a hunting tower to the ground, shouldn't be more than 2 or 3 better, bam you're dead. Is this going to be fixed? Is it a feature?


d) Last question, any specific start to find crashshites? I have a really hard time finding them, and when I do they are cleaned up.
