Help I cant Play Dayz Mods On Dayz Launcher

Please help I got Dayz and Arma 2 and arma 2 operation arrowhead and I try to download mods from the Dayz launcher but they down load at 60kbs and I should get at least 1.8mb the thing is that i tried to click the Force HTTP box because it is supposed to speed it up but I cant seem to find it. It is not where it is supposed to be.

The downloads from the launcher have never been fast for me I just let them run overnight if I recall and even then had to verify and repair a couple -

Hitman Turkey, don't use Dayz Launcher, just go to Steam, right click DayZ Mod, go to Properties, Betas, and select 1.8.7.
