Is there any Launcher for Dayz Standalone?

Hi, I'm looking for a launcher like A3Launcher for Dayz Standalone, Dayz server browser runs really bad, just like arma 3 server browser.

I'm having a hard time finding servers because the browser doesn't show all the servers.

If you are using steam you can use steam's server browser. Just go to Steam then go to "view" then to "servers". Hope this helps.

I can't find Dayz on the game list inside steam server browser.

I installed withsix but it doesn't seem to recognize Dayz either, it only recognizes Arma III for me. I used playwithsix long time ago but now it changed and I can't even find the way to browse Arma III servers.

I disabled my Adblock but the UI still seems confusing or incomplete.

Not being able to find certain servers can happen with bad internet , my cousins have the worst of DSL and sometimes can't see our favorite server despite it being very close to our home .. And other time it's because your ping filter is set too low .. But yea honestly there is no other alternative if steam browser and play with six won't work ..
