Unable to locate a running instance of steam DayZ

 

Hi all.I tried everything unistall it 2 times veryfy the data and the srange thing is when i open dayz and telling this i cant turn off my pc and i cant end the process in control panel.Pls help me i have that game from 2 years and thats the first time it showing this!!!!
My PC Specs:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z97-HD3
Processor: Intel Core I5-4590 3.3 GHz
Memory:Kingston 8GB 1866MHz DDR3 HyperX FURY Blue Series
Video Card:ASUS STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5
Hard Drive:WD10EZEX WESTERN DIGITAL Desktop Caviar Blue (3.5", 1TB, 64MB, SATA III-600

Restart steam and game

i restarted couple of times steam aswell its not working
