Just found an old screen shot from my Dayz Mod server.. Still wish SA would have chosen this path in mapping . 

Looked so great .

I remade the entire cherno map to look like this . So much more immersive.

They are talking about increasing the environment object count (not loot), I know on the whole they mean trees/bushes etc. but it could also include rubbish and such like. Look at the new Berezinho, much dirtier than the old one.
