. Alcohol doesn't kill you.

Ethanol alcohol (which is the one we drink) will make you sick, and even it is harmful at high concentrations. You can die if you drink enough ethanol. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcohol_intoxication#Acute_alcohol_poisoning)

Methanol or Isopropanol, which the in-game Alcohol Tincture most likely is, will make you sick or kill you if consumed. Not even inculding the essential oils that are in the Alcohol Tincture.

So ..... that specific point is debatable.
