Better advice than hopping would be don't be a noob and take care of your stats before you go barging into a leet pvp gear getting zone.

As it stands you are a faceless 1st poster.. so nah i'm good mate. At worst a badly designed trap, at best just bad planning on your part.

 

As mentioned above, try eating something instead of madly cycling the Officer Tent for M4's until you die.

Theres a medic thread here for just such emergencies. You get on to their teamspeak and you can arrange a time/place and theyll come fix you up. Try a search next time and post in there. If inwasnt on my phone id link the sub forum but search will find it.
