HOTKEY not showing.

Hi, I  didn't see this problem anywhere else but I am hitting the tab button to go into my inventory and I want to drag an item to one of the hotkeys 1 through 0 but I don't see my hotkey anywhere. I've watched videos on how to put an item on your hotkey but for some reason I'm not seeing my hotkey to put anything in. How do I get my hotkey to show up so I can drag items to it?

They are barely visible just drag a item to the bottom of the screen and you will see them. You did not try hard enough ;P

There was a button to show the bar but i cant recall which one.

The hotbar's semi transparent and can be hard to see sometimes if it's empty.  Try the tilde key ~

Not sure if I'm thinking of DayZ or ARMA 2 but we just set up a new laptop plugged into an HD tv for the kids and had the interface and 3d resolutions mismatched and couldn't see the hotbar because it was off screen.
