Mad Scientist 73 Posted September 7, 2015 Exactly the same has happened to me. Not sure what the cause is (i think it may be to do with memory leak, the game slows right down but doesnt crash) but it passes after a while (30 secs to 5 minutes sometimes). I find it helps if you close the game and restart sometimes....
nl 986 Posted September 7, 2015 Next time it happens press LEFT SHIFT + MINUS (-) on keypad and type FLUSH, this reloads graphics and may help.

Augentim 3 Posted September 7, 2015 I am not quite sure why it only happens to some people with 32-bit, but all of the guys who have upgraded to 64-bit never complained about this glitch happening again.
Roseino (DayZ) 0 Posted September 7, 2015 (edited) how can i upgrade 64 bit ? i have original 32 bit windows and is my system enough for 64 bit? Edited September 7, 2015 by Roseino
Augentim 3 Posted September 7, 2015 Frankly you have to completely reinstall your system with a 64bit ISO(downloadable just search for it on google). Ram usage is slightly higher so you might want to get more than 4gb Ram(cant use more with 32bit). I am not quite sure but you cant activate a 64bit system with your old key; so eitjer get a new one or you know what.

D1_Keyzer 3 Posted September 7, 2015 (edited) 32bit!, 32bit!, there are all your problems in one, there was never ever anything good coming with 32 bit OP systems and this has nothing to do with DayZ what so ever,. "As a general rule, if you have under 4 GB of RAM in your computer, you don’t need a 64-bit CPU, but if you have 4 GB or more, you do. While many users may find that a 32-bit processor provides them with enough performance and memory access, applications that tend to use large amounts of memory may show vast improvements with the upgraded processor. Image and video editing software, 3D rendering utilities, and video games will make better use of a 64-bit architecture and operating system, especially if the machine has 8 or even 16 GB of RAM that can be divided among the applications that need it."Read more: http://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/32-bit-64-bit-operating-systems/#ixzz3l51jjJx5 So understanding the bare facts is a good start before going further with this topic and theories about this and that gets out of hand. The way to solve this issue is only done one way and one way only; get a 64bit system, bump up your RAM to 4Gb or more and optimize your settings in game following a number of guides online.
