This is a known bug and it's happening to everyone in 0.58. I also noticed the gas consumption seems to be a bit faster than ever before. I meant the guy with the working gasometer. some guys shoot the tank to immobilize it until they find a battery & plug and starting with a undamaged truck doesnt mean it will stay like that. a fresh spawned truck drives for a good hour non stop - yours had been used or you damaged the tank.
