Constant Freezing for 5-10 seconds?

When I join a server and I have about 3 seconds to run about and then it freezes for around five seconds and i can then run three more steps and then it freezes again for the same amount of time? it does this on every server and game mode.

If you have a Nvidia card and an older or low end cpu there's a process call nvxdsnc or something like that bogs your processor. As far as I know it's the syncing for the shield tablet, you have to open task manager, in the process tab show processes from all users, then right click and end task. It stays off until you reboot again, you may have trouble if your user is not and administrator.

Sounds like network troubles me son, check drivers, routers, interference etc etc.

I'm not a computer expert, just my experience with Nvidia video cards.

I don't seem to have any problems. Its was working fine before the problem and i haven't had any changed to my provider or anything?
