Competitions/Giveaways on Public Servers

I have been looking at doing some fun in game competitions and some prizes on my server, just wondered if there are any rules etc about it when it comes to Public Servers? I have read the general do's and don'ts but wondered if this would be different at all?

I don't really see there being a problem but you should do this on your own Forum /site, how on earth you are going to manage this is beyond me.

I'll try and find a more detailed answer but keep in mind that Server rules will evolve as the game develops.

 

You should take the time to make a Topic for your server on these Forums, something you have not done.

you could throw contest details in BEC i suppose, directing people to your forums
