Could anybody help me with something......

Recommended Posts

This is my system:

Asus m32 series AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon HD Graphics.

GeForce gtx 750 (I updated)

12gb ram (I added 4gb ram extra)

1920 x 1080, 60hz

Microsoft 8.1

On DayZ what video settings etc will my machine run smooth on, after adding extra ram and a graphics card, I seem to be constantly changing them but can never find settings which play smooth. Just wondered if anyone could help me with them followed a few YouTube tutorials but there different machines to mine. Really appreciated if anyone could help. Thanks

Think :

4 / 8 / 16 / 32 (so on and so forth) read / write sequence (dual channel).

12 is more read than write.

Also, system will take lowest ram module speed  and decrease to...

Might help, might not...

I am suggesting that you may have a more balanced performance with 8 mb of ram rather than 12.

Although DayZ SA is CPU intensive it is important to select the correct vram value (I do not trust the "auto" option myself).

However this should not interfere with DayZ SA performance as a whole.

What amount of video ram does your GPU have ?

I have done a bit of googling,,,

You might try to run some stress tests to see if general performance gains with the added extra 4mb of ram.

Excuse me if I have caused some confusion.
