Dragging Bodies.

Recommended Posts

Remove the "hide body" as it isn't really realistic when you just bury a zombie/survivor into the streets.

Able to drag dead bodies, make a grave using a shovel, burn them with fuel and matches or even just hiding them behind a bush! And when you're dragging someone you will get slowed down

An example: You see a couple of geared using your binoculars and a zombie/survivor attacks you, you attack the zombie/survivor and then those geared survivors will know that there is someone in this town so why would you risk doing that when you can drag the body and hide it near a bush or inside of a building and then keep on having an eye on them.

Thanks for including an example. I didn't know what you meant by "drag bodies.".

I think you should be able to drag bodies like in Arma 3, It's a very realistic feature that would add a lot of immersion in the game. Your dead or unconscious buddy could be in an open field and dragging him to cover would be the best chance for survival assuming he isn't dead already and if he is then you could loot his gear safely in a bush or behind cover. Can you imagine how cool it would be in first person to be dragging your buddy across a field while taking shots and your other friend is giving covering fire all in an effort to save his life. This would be a great iteration to the game

You're such a smart ass and I love you for that. But don't mistake this for actual love. Sorry Rags.

Well hiding the body is supposed to remove the body out of sight, it might be bugged at the moment if that's what you meant.

No, he means that watching a corpse sink into the ground is unrealistic and a bit silly. Bodies don't disappear and if you cut somebody up there should probably be a huge mess where you did so. Giving players the ability to relocate corpses and unconscious players by dragging or carrying would let players hide evidence (though the evidence currently isn't in-game). You could also move an injured teammate that's been shot unconscious in a line of fire, behind cover.

Murderers would have a field day with this and stuff corpses into a room, inviting people in only to kill them next. Trail of bodies, etc.
