Public release of server files

Please excuse me if this has been asked before, which I assume it has, but I cannot seem to find an estimated time table on the release of the server files.

The only relevant posts I've found in search is THAT they'll be released, just not when. 

 

Not looking for an exact date, just something like Q4 2015, etc.

If you already assume it has been asked, then take a look at the search-function for the DevTracker. It's rather useful.
