Vibration issues in FPS mode. Any help appreciated

This is the first time I've played in a couple of week. Everyt ime I use a gun and go into FPS mode, whenever I aim down the sights I notice the screen is vibration fairly violently. I can see the character's hand and sights vibrating fairly hard (even the walls are vibrating to some extent), and when I use the sights on a rifle it gets worse. The lines in the sights are vibrating up and down a lot. How do I go about solving it? Game seems fine in 3PS mode.

 

Using a 670GTX and a 4770K cpu if that matters.

Maybe your character is cold, maybe he broke arm... etc

Build a couple of fires!

 

You can definitely get cold enough to have the shakes, but not so cold so as to get a status message.

mess with your mouse smoothing i have the same issue as you its worse with a scope. its not damage or anything to your toon its something to do with the mouse or its a setting i'm still trying to figure it out myself.
