Please be aware that I wasn't accusing you of using cheats. It was a broad statement, yes. I find it hard to believe you thoroughly searched how to fix a damaged limb. Countless others before you have had broken limbs and figured out the solution.

Hardware and connection issues are one thing. In game problems are solvable on your own.

I can't find a list with preferable guns. The descriptions of the guns themselves aren't too clear, either. What's better, the 1911 or Magnum? And as for rifles - Repeater, Trumpet or Mosin 9130?

I look through your posts on my thread and they're mostly cynical and unhelpful, even disrespectful towards a newb like me. While I do appreciate you taking the time to comment, perhaps you're too pro to help me and you should leave it to other people here who have greatly helped me so far.

I keep getting these occasional random lag spikes every few minutes. My settings are low. How can I fix it?

Resento- if you're going to ask these questions at least post your system specs. 

 

As for the blurry issue you have, go into your video processing and turn off post processing. 

 

On a side note- if you don't want people to be cynical or unhelpful in response to your questions... at least demonstrate some evidence that you've done at least a little of your own research in here before you're asking questions that have been covered literally hundreds of times. 

 

You come in here asking what gun is better and why my system is lagging and we have no idea what your play style or intention is nor your system specs... 

 

C'mon man- you gotta put a effort in and stop expecting the people who already know to do all the work for you.

I can run games like GTA V and Battlefield 4 on high settings. I doubt my system is at fault here. For the record, I've set my DayZ settings to low just to make sure and it still does that.

Well if you play games like GTA V and Battlefield 4 then I guess that precludes you from having to do anything other than say so.

I see very blurry even though my character is fed and nothing is broken (doesn't say anything is anyway). What could it be?

You may be low on blood. Keep yourself hydrated and energized, you will then start to slowly regain blood and your screen won't be so blurry

When I hit M (set it as my map key) it shows a black screen with a small menu which has DayZ and Map options in it. When I hit Enter on Map it just shows for a moment the DayZ loading screen then returns to the game. I did that when I had a map on me, too, and it was the same..
