Failed to download mod archive. please help!

HI, I AM HAVING A BIT OF AN ISSUE WITH THE LAUNCHER THAT I AM USING. I AM USING THE SURVIVAL LAUNCHER SINCE I BOUGHT A SERVER FROM THEM BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE UNDER-STAFFED SO I THOUGHT I CAN COME HERE AND ASK FOR HELP. IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS NOW SINCE I HAVE BOUGHT MY OWN SERVER FROM SURVIVAL SERVERS AND I KEEP ON RUNNING INTO ISSUES. WHENEVER I TRY TO INSTALL DAYZ MOD IN THEIR MOD FOLDER, I GET THIS

I HAVE SHOWN THEM THIS AND YET NO ANSWER. I GOOGLED SEARCH THIS AND GOT NO RESULTS AND I AM OUT OF OPTIONS. I HAVE MENTIONED TO THEM THIS MULTIPLE TIMES BUT LIKE THEY SAY, THEY ARE UNDER-STAFFED MEANING THEY HAVE VERY FEW PEOPLE TO ATTEND TO THE TICKETS AND SUCH. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!

I have asked them multiple times and yet no response. that is why I thought someone on here would know something about this because it is very very very frustrating knowing that I cannot access my own server that I paid for. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Let me put this in a way you might understand:

 

WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVERS THAT SERVERPROVIDERS HAND OUT TO YOU. YOU'LL HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THEM, AS WE HAVE NO POWER OVER THEIR BACKEND.

 

Or - in short: Cut out the capslock and if your server doesn't work, chargeback your money.

I know you guys don't have any power over them. I am just asking about the main problem that im having with it in particular I.E if someone else has had a similar problem/incident like mine!
