Hydranix 6 Posted June 10, 2015 (edited) Navigate to the blocked file in explorer, right click it and check properties. It should be digitally signed by Microsoft. If it is not, I would recommend reinstalling windows as a virus may have penetrated core windows system files, and most antivirus cannot fix these problems. Type 'ipconfig /flushdns'(without the quotes).5. Press Enter6. Type 'ipconfig /registerdns'(without the quotes).7. Press Enter8. Type 'ipconfig /release'(without the quotes).9. Press Enter10. Type 'ipconfig /renew'(without the quotes).11. Press Enter12. Type 'netsh winsock reset'(without the quotes).13. Press Enter14. Restart the computerThis should fix your issue.
