There are a couple of custom Nvidia profiles out there like a couple of people have already linked, but they're not worth using, imo. They reduce your frame rate in cities and increase it everywhere else -- unfortunately, it's generally cities you want it increased in -- not further decreased. Nvidia released 'SLI support' in a driver around Christmas time, but it did virtually nothing. I have DayZ set to 'Single GPU' in the Nvidia Control Panel.
