Are the devs updating BE or patching the game - or what seems to be wrong here?

Only the kind of servers mentioned in the topic is coming up for me.

 

I did try to verify cache and restart my PC with no luck.

My server is down right now too. I thought Eugen said they were all done with the weekly maintenance. 

 

EDIT: Actually, he hasn't said everything is done yet. So I'm guessing they will be up again Soonish™.
