Two disparaging comments shouldn't be enough for you to flip the board and storm out of the room. I suppose a dive would be cool. Pretty sure Arma 2 had a dive animation of sorts if you went prone while sprinting. Unless I'm mistaken I'm pretty sure in DayZ you stop dead, crouch and then go prone. The idea of diving backwards onto your back doesn't really make sense, though. My opinions are my own, I encourage you to carry on with your suggestion regardless. Onkle 4 Posted May 3, 2015 Making suggestion is no fun if people just come with sarcastic comments instead of actually pointing out why it is impossible.I gave a lot of reason of why it shouldn't be done.Instead of giving a good reason of why it would make the game bad you just keep saying that it is something that is done in movies, therefor it is not something that can be done.If it is a bad suggestion, in your opinion, shouldn't you just skip the thread? I understand that is something that most people wouldn't like, but I still felt that I should make the suggestion.If making suggestion just brings negative comments from a forum admin then I see no point to post something. OnionOfShame 138 Posted May 4, 2015 DayZ is supposed to be more of a simulator and this isn't something that's really possible in real life, so personally I don't think it should be added. However I do like the idea of giving handguns unique properties to make them more viable. Something I could see is having some use (with limited accuracy and field of fire) of the weapon while handcuffed if it is stored in one's Pants or Boots (when/if that's added).
