Looking for Dayz Mod 1.8.5

The server I frequent on DayZ has updated to 1.8.5 but I can't seem to find the download for said version of the mod. If someone could link it to me I would appreciate it very much.

Do you have it downloaded on Steam?

 

If not, search for it on Steam and download it.

 

Then, when it's in your library, do the following:

 

  1. Rightclick DayZ Mod in your library
  2. Go to Properties
  3. Select "Beta"
  4. From the Dropdownmenu select "1.8.5"

 

It's only in development release right now. We're working on getting it to the stable branch so that it updates automatically.

We are in the middle of setting up an automated process to assist in patch releases on steam. Yesterdays part release didn't go as planned so for now we recommed everyone stay on the stable 1.8.4.1(opt out of betas) or the development branch on steam. Until we can correct the issues with this process.
